| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for establishment of Small Enterprise Development Board and defines its powers and functions. Also establishes Micro and Small Enterprise Development Fund. Divided into 7 parts. Part 1 (s. 1-2) contains preliminary provisions. Part 2 (s. 3-6) establishes Small Enterprise Development Board. Part 3 (s. 7-17) regulates registration of micro and small enterprises. Part 4 (s. 18-23) makes provision for financial services and incentives. Part 5 (s. 24-27) deals with Micro and Small Enterprise Development Fund. Part 6 (s. 28-31) contains financial and other provisions; Part 7 (s. 32-36) miscellaneous provisions. |
