Abstract/Citation

Provides for suppression, prevention and detection of activities respecting the financing of terrorism. Divided into 12 parts. Part 1 contains preliminary provisions. Part 2 deals with offences and penalties, Part 3 with implementation, administration and jurisdiction, Part 4 with terrorists and terrorist groups, Part 5 with prohibitions respecting terrorists and terrorist groups, and Part 6 with investigations. Part 7 provides for extradition and mutual assistance in criminal matters, Part 8 for disclosure and sharing of information, Part 9 for seizure and forfeiture of terrorist property, Part 10 for charities, and Part 11 for border control. Part 12 contains miscellaneous provisions.
