| Abstract/Citation: | Regulates various aspects of civic service, i.e. service which individual subject to military service is obliged to perform if on conscientious or religious grounds he refuses to do regular military service. Divided into 3 parts. Part 1 provides for procedure in the event of refusal to perform military service. Part 2 regulates enlisting into and performance of civic service. Part 3 contains transitory, joint and final provisions. |
