| Abstract/Citation: | Amends section 4 of Freedom of Information Act, 1999. Establishes that "Minister" shall mean the Minister of Government to whom responsibility for information is assigned. In section 25(3) "Minister" shall mean Minister to whom responsibility for national security is assigned. |
