Abstract/Citation
Amends Merchant Shipping Act 1958. Provides for filing of complaint by foreign seafarer of a vessel registered in another country than India in Indian territorial waters. Also establishes that ordinary hours of work for all seafarers shall not exceed 48 hours per week.
