Abstract/Citation: Regulates various aspects of trade unions. Divided into 5 parts. Part 1 contains general provisions. Part 2 provides for trade union structure and objectives. Part 3 deals with financial sources of trade union organisation and exemption from charges. Part 4 regulates dissolution of trade union organisations and their boards of directors. Part 5 contains miscellaneous provisions. Section 21 provides for right to strike, and sets forth restrictions of this right.
