Abstract/Citation: Provides for establishment of Constitutional Court. Divided into 3 parts. Part 1 regulates establishment of Constitutional Court, its formation, and guarantees for its members and their duties. Court is independent and separate judicial authority. Court comprises President and six members who are appointed by Royal Order. Part 2 provides for powers of Court and procedures. Part 3 governs judgments and verdicts. Court's verdicts are final and shall not be challenged.
