Made under Employment and Industrial Relations Act. Applies to fixed-term workers who have an employment contract of employment relationship as defined in the Act. Sets forth principle of non-discrimination of employees on a contract of service for a fixed term. Also provides for employer's duty to inform employees of vacancies, access to training opportunities for employees on fixed-term contracts as well as some related matters.
