| Abstract/Citation: | Amends numerous sections of the Act concerning, inter alia, penalties in case of offenses (sections 2, 2A, 4 to 11, 16 to 18, 21, 22, 24, 26 and 30). Adds section 8A dealing with furnishing of information regarding employment of young persons industrial undertakings. Replaces section 13 on restriction on employment of children and section 14 on employment of children by parents or guardians. Amends section 19 to raise to 18 years the age under which it is prohibited to take part in performances endangering life or limb and section 20 on restrictions on training for performances of a dangerous nature. Contains also amendments to section 30 on medical examination and section 34 on interpretation of the Act. |
