Second Region

Amends Immigration Act 1987. Establishes that an employer commits an offence against this act if, without reasonable excuse, he or she allows a person who is not entitled under this act to undertake employment in the employer's service to undertake that employment. Makes provision for offence of exploitation of people not legally entitled to work. Also regulates deportation and detention of unlawful employees.
