Abstract/Citation: | Provides for implementation of measures to stop trade in conflict diamonds. Establishes that the President shall prohibit importation into, or exportation from, the Unites States of any rough diamonds, from whatever source, that have not been controlled through the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme. Also provides for waiver. |
