Abstract/Citation: Governs the conversion of the work pension fund under the Act (No. 134 of 1962) respecting pension for workers employed under short-term contracts to a work pension insurance fund under the Act (No. 354 of 1997) respecting Pension Insurance Companies. The Act contains 16 sections covering, inter alia, general provisions (objectives, scope of application and activities), conversion of the work pension fund to a work pension insurance company (organisational aspects), rules of accountancy, revision of assets and liabilities, management of the work pension insurance fund, and special rules governing assets.
