||Provides guidelines to employers and employees on appropriate and effective ways of preventing and managing HIV/AIDS at the workplace. Promotes education and awareness on HIV/AIDS, as well as creation of non-judgemental and non-discriminatory work environment. Applies to all employers and employees at any workplace. Appendix contains guidelines on four-stage risk control programme which employers should develop to prevent transmission of HIV at the workplace.
