Abstract/Citation: Makes provision for complaint by public servant of corrupt act or other infringement of ethical conduct that has occurred at his or her workplace. If complaint is found to have been justified, complainant shall receive certificate to this effect. Under certain circumstances, complainant may also receive certificate of merit.
