Abstract/Citation: Made under Prevention of Corruption Act. Comprehensive legislation aimed at preventing corruption with regard to administration of occupational superannuation schemes. Divided into 7 parts. Parts 1 and 2 contain preliminary and general provisions. Part 3 provides for reckonable service and retirement. Part 4 deals with contributions and withdrawals, Part 5 with awards in respect of death, and Part 6 with awards in respect of disablement. Part 7 makes provision for conversion to scheme.
