Abstract/Citation: Aims to implement employment and labour market policy in coherence with the country's economic development, investment trends, and the regional context. Operating principles of the programme include: nurturing respectful attitude and belief in value of work, especially among the youth; integrating employment policy with the country's economic development trends, investment policies and regional and local development factors; enhancing participation of government and non-government organizations; encouraging productive employment of citizens; and ensuring transparency of activities and accessibility of information on the labour market.
