| Abstract/Citation: | Seeks to ensure continuity of income of participants of pension fund at retirement, and of rightful parties at death of participants. Divided into 7 parts. Part 1 contains general provisions. Part 2 provides for responsibility of founder for funding of pension fund. Part 3 makes provision for funding of pension programmes with exact contributions; Part 4 for funding and solvency of pension programmes with exact benefit. Part 5 regulates actuarial report and actuarial statement. Part 6 provides for lumpsum payment, transfer of fund and change in programmes. Part 7 contains final provisions. |
