Abstract/Citation: Establishes that children between 16 and 18 may be employed to perform night work in iron and steel factories, glass factories, paper factories, sugar factories and gold ore refineries, but only for the purpose of apprenticeship or professional training. Daily working hours of children shall not exceed eight hours. Employers who want to employ children for night work must have approval from Labour Inspector. Also provides for derogation from prohibition to employ children for night work under Article 1 of Labour Law.
