Comprehensive legislation on licensing of hospitals and health care facilities. Applies to licensing and regulation of hospitals, health care facilities, and other health establishments or institutions operated or maintained by the Government. Also provides for establishment of Hospitals and Health Care Facilities Licensing Board. Board is responsible inter alia for issue of licences.
