Abstract/Citation: Made under Article 9 of Law on Expatriate and Foreign Workers. Sets forth rules regarding charges for job placement, including full and partial exemptions from such charges. Charges levied for job occupied by foreigner shall equal double amount of minimum wage fixed by Government. Diplomatic missions, as well as offices of international organizations and of humanitarian and development agencies, are exempt from such charges.
