Abstract/Citation: |
Regulates conditions of work and employment. Establishes that employers shall implement work regulations providing for the following issues: (1) working days, normal office hours and break time; (2) days off and rules governing days off; (3) rules governing overtime and days off work; (4) date and place of payment of salary, overtime and days off; (5) leave and rules governing leave; (6) discipline and disciplinary actions; (7) complaints; and (8) employment termination and compensation. Contains provisions regarding working conditions of and prohibition to dismiss pregnant workers. Also regulates deduction of employees' salaries, overtime and days off. |
