Abstract/Citation: Comprehensive legislation on assessment, care and rehabilitation of socially displaced persons. Divided into 4 parts. Part I contains preliminary provisions. Part II establishes Social Displacement Unit. Unit is responsible for assessment, relocation, care and rehabilitation of socially displaced persons. Part III establishes Social Displacement Board. Board shall be responsible for overall policy and direction of Unit, and management of Social Displacement Fund. Part IV makes provision for assessment and care centres.
