Abstract/Citation: Regulates the following issues: appropriate types of work for young and disabled workers, temporary transfer of employee to perform work for another legal entity or individual, confirmation of employment, working time and rest periods, curtailing of annual leave, wages and reimbursement of expenses, impediments to work for reasons of public interest, service in the armed forces and civilian service, serious personal impediments to work, compensatory wages, joint provisions on impediments to work on the part of employee, compensation of damage, agreements of material liability, compensation for loss of earnings in certain cases, earnings after injury at work, funeral expenses, agreements on work performed outside of employment relationship, and agreements on working activity.
