Abstract/Citation: Provides for continuation of agricultural programs through fiscal year 2007, as well as for some related matters. Part 1 deals with commodity programs. Provides for direct payments, counter-cyclical payments, marketing assistance loans and loan deficiency programs. Also contains sections regarding peanuts, sugar, dairy and administration. Part 2 deals with conservation; Part 3 with trade policy, including export assistance to agricultural industry. Part 4 makes provision for nutrition programs. Contains sections on food stamp program, commodity distribution, and child nutrition programs. Part 5 provides for credit in the form of farm ownership loans, operating loans, and emergency loans. Part 6 deals with rural development; Part 7 with research and related matters. Part 8 contains provisions on forestry; Part 9 provisions on energy. Part 10 contains miscellaneous provisions.
