Abstract/Citation: Sections 24, 26, 37, 38, and 39 deal with work of prisoners. Section 24 establishes that prisoners of caterory (c) may not work except for tasks identified in the executive regulations. They shall receive appropriate remuneration, and shall not work for more than eight hours per day. Their state of health is to be taken into account in determining their employment. Also makes provision for wages and disciplinary measures.
