Abstract/Citation: Regulates liability to Employment Service. All permanent residents between the age of 16 and 65 (60 for women) other than soldiers, policemen, pregnant women or women before the end of one year after giving birth, are liable to Employment Service. Also makes provisions for prohibition of dismissal, wage and some related matters.
