| Abstract/Citation: | Provides for establishment of Employment Training Fund. Moneys of the Fund may be used for (a) meeting the expenses of in-service training in Seychelles carried out by the Seychelles Polytechnic or the Seychelles Institute of Management; (b) for payment of allowances to persons undergoing in-service training abroad where such persons are not in receipt of any wages during the period of training; (c) for payment of tuition fees, allowances and other expenses of persons undergoing training, where such fees, allowances and expenses are not provided under a scholarship awarded to such persons; and (d) for reimbursing expenses of administering the Fund. Also regulates management of the Fund as well as some related matters. |
