Abstract/Citation: Amends Social Security (International Agreements) Act, 1999. Replaces Agreement between Australia and New Zealand providing for matters relating to social security of 1994. With respect to Australia, covers age pension, disability support pension and carer payment; in relation to New Zealand, superannuation, veteran's pension and invalid's benefit. Part II contains provisions relating to New Zealand benefits, Part III provisions regarding Australian benefits. Parts IV and V contain common provisions regarding eligibility and benefit payments.
