Amends Sections 2.1.2. and 2.3.4. of decision no. 231 of 21 June 1993 regarding issue of seafarer's identity document. Regulates issue of document to seafarers serving on ships registered abroad. Also regulates issue of seafarer's identity document to Lithuanian nationals who are not trained as seafarers and who wish to serve on vessel registered abroad.
