Abstract/Citation: Comprehensive legislation on navigation by vessels flying the flag of the Czech Republic, as well as on exercise of state authority in the area of maritime navigation. Part II provides for right to fly a flag and maritime register. Part III deals with rights and duties of crew of seagoing vessels. Part IV regulates activities of pleasure yachts. Part V provides for on-board service and labour relations of crew members, Part VI for safeguarding of property, and Part VII for state administration and state supervision of maritime navigation. Finally, Part VIII contains joint, transitory and concluding provisions.
