| Abstract/Citation: | Sets forth ethics of national life. Prinicples of this ethic shall prioritize honesty, sportiveness, working ethos, independence, tolerance, shame, responsibility, maintenance of self-respect and dignity as citizens. Also establishes guidelines for policies and operational norms to promote such principles. |
