Defines and regulates legal persons, co-operation and participation of clients. Furthermore defines responsibilities of the Council for Labour and Income, the Central Organisation for Labour and Income, the Institute for the Execution of Employees' Insurances, the Social Insurance Bank, as well as the tasks of the Inspection Labour and Income. It also regulates the financial aspects, planning and documentation.
