Abstract/Citation: Establishes a National Insurance Corporation and regulates national insurance. Part II provides for establishment and administration of National Insurance Fund and National Insurance Corporation. Part III deals with finances. Part IV determines which persons shall be insured, and regulates contributions. Finally, Part V provides for different types of benefits. Repeals the National Insurance Act (No. 10 of 1978).
