Abstract/Citation: Makes no longer applicable, as regards discrimination in employment and related areas, provisions of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 (LS 1975 - UK 1) and the Sex Discrimination (Northern Ireland) Order 1976 which permitted a certificate of the Secretary of State to serve as conclusive evidence that an act was done for the purpose of safeguarding national security.
