Abstract/Citation
Contains provisions on administrative liability and administrative sanctions. Deals, inter alia, with administrative breaches of law in the fields of industry, agriculture, transport, communication, entrepreneurship, finance. Section 5.27 concerns breach of legislation on labour and occupational safety, and section 5.42 deals with breach of the rights of disabled persons in the field of job placement and employment.
