Provides the specifications relating to employment relationships of persons working on ships entered in the Estonian ship register or the register of bareboat chartered ships. Contains provisions on crew members, seafarer's contract of employment, rights, duties and liability of crew members and of shipowners and masters, holidays, working time, disciplinary penalties, and termination of employment.
