Abstract/Citation: Provides that when a collective agreement prescribes a retirement age for a female worker lower than that prescribed for a male worker, the woman shall have the right to retire at any age between those two ages. Contains a provision saving rights vested in any female worker by law, collective agreement or otherwise.
