||Provides for conditions of, procedure for and methods of access to public information. Also regulates access to restricted public information to the extent this is not regulated by other Acts, as well as exercise of state supervision over the organisation of access to information. Does not apply to information that is classified as a state secret, as well as to some other type of information. Public information is information which is recorded and documented in any manner and on any medium and which is obtained or created upon performance of public duties provided by law.
