Abstract/Citation: Deals with various aspectes of labour relations. Chapter I regulates conditions of employment, labour contract, and apprenticeship contract. Chapter II provides for wages, employment accident benefit, cash sickness benefit, invalidity benefit, welfare fund, death allowance, and survivor's benefit. Chapter III deals with obligations of workers, employers and apprentices, as well as discipline, holidays, sick leave, and unjustified absence. Chapter IV regulates termination of contract of employment and apprenticeship contract; Chapter V hours of work. Chapter VI provides for prevention of accidents, and Chapter VII for hygiene at the workplace.
