| Abstract/Citation: | Imposes requirements with respect to health and safety in quarries. Gives effect, in relation to quarries, to Council Directive 92/104/EEC concerning minimum requirements for improving health and safety protection of workers in surface and underground mineral extracting industries. Also regulates duties of operators of quarries with regard to health and safety of workers. |
