| Abstract/Citation: | Book II contains Penal Code of United Arab Emirates (not completed). Book I contains general and introductory provisions, and regulates scope of application of Penal Code, penalties, criminal procedures, and social defence. Sets foth penal provisions regarding strikes by public officials and prohibits a number of activities aimed at fighting or tarnishing teachings of Islam. Book II contains provisions on crimes relating to security of the state and its interests, and on felonies relating to religious creeds and practices. |
