Abstract/Citation: Made under the Employment of Youth Law 1953. Regulates duties of employer applying for a permit to employ a youth. Establishes that an employer who applies for such permit shall notify the youth for whose employment the permit is requested, prior to the submission of the application, of his right to express his position as to the granting of the permit, and shall provide him with the appropriate form for statement of position.
