Abstract/Citation: Made under Employment of Youth Law, 1953. Sets forth preconditions for issuance of a permit to mediate employment of a child in a performance. Such permit shall not be issued for employment of a child of less than 1 year of age, or if the applicant has committed certain types of crime. Provides for qualification, revocation and application for such permit, and regulates modalities of acts of mediation.
