Abstract/Citation: Made under Employment of Youth Law 1953. Sets forth preconditions for issuing of permit to employ a child. Such permit shall not be issued to employ a child of less than one year of age, or if the applicant has been convicted of certain types of crime. Provides for qualification, revocation and stipulation of permit, as well as for submission of application for permit. Also regulates terms of employment of child in a performance. Finally, revokes Child Labour Regulation (Employment in a Public Performance), 1965.
