Abstract/Citation: Comprehensive legislation on radiation protection requirements. Stipulates the extent of content of radionuclides, or the pollution by them, at the exceeding of which the substances or subjects are deemed radionuclide sources. Sets forth criteria for ranking ioinising radiation sources, technical and organisational requirements for the proof of level of exposure, and limits of exposure. Also makes provision for assurance of radiation protection during radiation practices, during interventions for the reduction of natural exposure and during interventions in order to reduce exposure as a consequence of radiation accidents.
