| Abstract/Citation: | Establishes the Office of the 21st Century Workforce within the Department of Labour. The Office shall provide a focal point for the identification and study of issues relating to the workforce of the United States and the development of strategies for effectively addressing such issues. Also provides for establishment of the Council on the 21st Century Workforce, composed of 13 members appointed by the President. Amends Executive Order 13111 of 12 January 1999. |
