Abstract/Citation: Governs registration of societies. Sections 8 and 9 set forth grounds for refusal of registration, and Section 13 provides for appeals against such decisions. Sections 15-18 regulate information to be provided for registration. Sections 25 and 26 make provision for power to enter and search meeting places, and to make arrests and seizures, if there is reasonable suspicion any place is or is about to be used as a place of meeting of an unlawful society.
