Abstract/Citation
Applies to: (a) employees who are engaged in full-time course of education and who are employed during academic holiday periods; (b) apprentices or trainees whose service ends at the end of their apprenticeship or traineeship; (c) domestic servants working in private households; and (d) seafarers employed in sea-going vessels registered in Gibraltar. Makes provision for standard minimum remuneration and guaranteed minimum remuneration. Made under the employment ordinance.
