Amends and extends Irish Nationality and Citizenship Acts 1965 to 1994. Makes provision for acquisition of Irish citizenship by birth, by descent and on marriage. Also deals with calculation of period of residence in relation to application for naturalisation, registry of births abroad, and some related matters.
