Law of 13 December 2000 amending the Law on Extraordinary Pension 1940-1945, the Law on Extraordinary Pension for Sea-War Victims, the Law on Extraordinary Pension for the Indies Resistance, the Law on Contributions for Persecution Victims 1940-1945, and the Law on Contributions for Civilian Victims 1940-1945, as implementation of the adopted recommendations of the Advisory Council on the Execution of Laws for War Victims, as well as to amend some other matters.

Abstract/Citation
Regulates compensation for certain provisions within the Law on Extraordinary Pension 1940-1945, as well as the time span within which a decision on a request has to be taken. In case of the Pension for Sea-War Victims, the Law regulates the compensation in case of treatment. The Law on Pension for Indies Resistance is amended as to the compensation for treatment, as well as to the decision on a request. With regard to the Law on Contributions for Persecution Victims 1940-1945 and the Law on Contribution for Civilian War Victims 1940-1945, the law regulates the provision of a bonus, and the calculation of this.
